The Sensory Skills Foundation course provides a first taste of sensory skills needed within the speciality coffee industry. You will learn about the essentials of sensory evaluation in a practical and interactive way. You'll acquire foundational skills to build on as you learn to identify, describe and measure quality within the world of coffee flavour. Intermediate and Professional levels further develop you skills in understanding quality and flavour in specialty coffee.
The course fee for Foundation is the same for SCA members or non members. For Intermediate and Professional, please choose SCA membership of non-member pricing.
